As a Technical Sales & Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and supporting clients throughout their journey. You will be
responsible for identifying high-potential leads, conducting outreach, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Quickly address emails and inquiries about the company’s software products and services, aiming to convert them into sales.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes tailored to our B2B SaaS offerings.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research and analysis via communication channels like Email, Skype and WhatsApp.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and follow up with tailored proposals.
  • Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques and effective follow-up strategies to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and support, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, web technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with selling web development services, software solutions, or digital products.
