HR Executive

Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 0-4 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

HR Functions:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Publish and remove job ads
    • Develop training and onboarding material
    • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
    • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
  • JD Creation: Co-ordinating with managers for creating JDs of various open job profiles.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance.
  • Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, conducting training, and developing employee development plans.
  • Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized employee records, databases, and files.
  • Data Management and Processing: Managing data related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinating meetings, events, and other administrative tasks.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel arrangements for employees, company outings, managing events and outings.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
